There are few places in the country, much less in Northern California, where just by swiveling your head you can see a 102-acre lake, a completely refurbished 45X75-ft. pool, the only semi-private 18-hole championship golf course in the county, a massive Coyote Valley and an expansive mountain range. This bucket list item can happen every time you’re at our Community Pool, nestled on the Lake Ridge. What began as a 1968 Boise-Cascade development has evolved into a thriving 6500+ diverse member-governed HOA bosting significant amenities rivaling much larger cities. We are fortunate to live in a gated, Firewise-designated community with 24/7 Safety & Security Services.
Nationally recognized by the American Lung Association as having the best air quality in the nation, Lake County, at 1327 square miles, claims a number of similar rankings. It has the largest lake in California and the oldest lake in North America.
The county also boasts rich wine and pear industries easily experienced just minutes from any of our five gates. Authors, artists and craftspeople enrich our community and are well represented in our valley and mountains. We also enjoy a wide variety of clubs and social activities open to all.
Hardly a complete list, popular community-wide events include Holiday and Themed Dinners, Easter Egg Hunts, Opening Day on the Lake, Fishing Derbies, Concerts on the Green, Swim-Tennis-Volleyball-Equestrian-Golf Camps, and Holiday celebrations.
